Fund My Community 2016
Tuesday 10 May, 2016
There’s not much time left for South Australians to help choose which projects will share in $1 million in grant funding through the 2016 round of Fund My Community.
Fund My Community is a grant program that supports not-for-profit, non-government, community groups deliver projects or services to improve our communities with South Australians deciding which projects get funded.
The focus of the 2016 round is improving the wellbeing of isolated, vulnerable or disadvantaged members of our community.
More than 60 groups have applied for funding of between $10,000 and $100,000 for a wide variety of projects.
South Australians can help decide how the funding is spent by logging on to www.yourSAy.sa.gov.au/fmc2016, reviewing the projects and allocating the $1 million to the ones that they think will have the biggest impact.
If people don’t have time to allocate the $1 million and influence the funding outcome, but still want to be involved, they can leave messages of support for individual projects or organisations.
People can take part until 5:00pm Monday 16 May 2016 .
