The Veterans SA Strategic Outlook has been developed to reflect and respond to the needs of the veteran community in South Australia.
Veterans SA aims for a future where veterans and their families are valued contributors to the workforce, connected to meaningful opportunities and part of a strong, engaged community where service and sacrifice, past and present, are honoured with pride.
As the lead government agency for veterans matters, Veterans SA works across the public, private and community sectors to create pathways that harness the experience, leadership and potential of veterans, their partners and families – strengthening South Australia’s workforce, economy and communities.
Our Strategic Outlook and Action Plan sets out an ambitious program of work that honours the legacy of service while looking to the future. We will focus on creating opportunity through meaningful jobs and skills pathways, strengthening community connections and driving new research, data and innovation to inform stronger policies and outcomes.
