Incapacitated Ex-Service Personnel Pass – metroCARD Special Pass
DVA Gold Card – If the DVA Gold Card is embossed with ‘TPI’ or the card holder has obtained a letter of eligibility from DVA then they can apply for a metroCARD Special Pass
