State Grant Program

Applications are invited for 2021-22 Grants from the ANZAC Day Commemoration Fund.

The Anzac Day Commemoration Fund has operated in South Australia since 2005.  Annually there is $100,000 in grant funding available for distribution amongst successful applicants.

Under the ANZAC Day Commemoration Act 2005, the Fund may only be applied for specific purposes.  Grants from the Fund in 2021-22 will be used for:

  1. Projects conducted by an incorporated organisation established for the purpose of helping or supporting, or having a membership consisting of or including, veterans or the spouses, domestic partners, children or other dependants of veterans (such as an ex-service organisation);
  2. Projects with the purpose of educating the community about the significance of ANZAC Day
  3. Projects with the purpose of conducting commemorative services on ANZAC Day.


The 2021/22 funding round is open and closes at 5pm on Wednesday, 3 November 2021.
